Meet the Team

Diana Stelzer

Diana Stelzer’s professional experience in diplomacy and the private sector across Vienna, Seoul, Shanghai, Guatemala City, and Tel Aviv has shaped a strong commitment to intercultural dialogue and exchange. Her lifelong engagement with music and the arts, cultivated through years of violoncello study, has informed her approach to cultural diplomacy and reinforced her appreciation of the transformative potential of the arts.

Diana holds a Master’s degree in East Asian Society and Economy from the University of Vienna and an MBA from Yonsei University in Seoul. As Director of the Austrian Cultural Forum Washington, D.C., she advances initiatives that strengthen artistic, cultural, scientific and research ties between Austria and the United States, with a particular emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration at the intersection of the arts, technology, and innovation.

Cultural Officer, Cordula Everett

Cordula Everett

Since June 2021 Cordula Everett supports the planning and implementation of our cultural programs in the fields of music, literature, theatre and dance. Before joining the Austrian Cultural Forum Washington, she worked as a licensed guide in Vienna as well as a tour guide for special interest groups in Europe. She studied tourism at the business school in Vienna, interior design in London, and has lived in the US for almost twenty years.

Cultural Officer, Verena Daughton

Verena Daughton

In June 2024, Verena Daughton joined the Austrian Cultural Forum Washington, where she supports the planning and implementation of the cultural and scientific program. Verena has a background in academia and university administration. She studied literature, linguistics, politics and media at the University of Vienna and the University of Cambridge. Verena worked at the Austrian Academy of Sciences and the Vienna University of Economics and Business before joining Florida State University, where she was a course instructor and researcher.
