20-year old pianist and composer Adrian Gaspar, born in Romania to a Roma family and living in Vienna, represents the youngest generation of that city’s dynamic Balkan jazz scene. In various formations ranging from orchestra to trio he has stunned audiences by breath-taking renditions of jazz standards and by his own compositions.
